Poyraz Glass Flotal Mirror is a long-lasting mirror with clear reflection performance, produced by washing and polishing high-quality float glass on fully automatic lines, reinforcing it with silver + copper coating, and protecting it with two layers of special paint. Thanks to its advanced production process, optical clarity, color accuracy, and surface durability are at the highest level. The following edge/special processes can be applied to Flotal Mirror: groove cutting, drilling, edging, beveling, deburring (belt edging), and corner cutting. During processing, the use of proper diamond tools, rotation speed, and coolant is critically important. Adequate cooling and correct pH control (< 9) help prevent corrosion and micro-damage at the coating edges. After processing, the mirror surface must be washed before drying and solution residues must be removed. Note: By its nature, Flotal Mirror cannot be tempered or laminated. Proper processing sequence and edge protection (washing and drying after edging/beveling) are essential for long service life. It is preferred in interior design, bathroom and wet area mirrors, store and shopfront applications, furniture and decoration projects, gyms, and commercial spaces for high reflectivity and aesthetic appearance.
