Tempered Glasses
Poyraz Cam Tempered Glass is a high-performance safety glass produced by heating glass close to its softening point in special furnaces and rapidly cooling it to increase its strength. This process makes the glass approximately five times stronger than standard glass.
Curved Glass
Poyraz Cam Curved Glass is produced by heating flat glass in a tempering furnace and shaping it into concave or convex forms according to a specific radius. During this process, the glass is both shaped and tempered, gaining high strength. Compared to standard glass, curved glass is far more durable and provides long-lasting solutions in aesthetic designs, safety-required applications, and modern architectural projects.
Laminated Glass
Poyraz Cam Laminated Glass is produced by permanently bonding two or more layers of glass with a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer under heat and pressure. When broken, the PVB interlayer prevents the fragments from scattering, enhancing safety. This feature minimizes the risk of injury and makes it a preferred choice as safety glass.
