Ultra Clear Flat Glass – Technical Specifications
Poyraz Cam Ultra Clear Flat Glass is engineered with a reduced iron content compared to standard clear glass. This minimizes the typical greenish tint seen in cross‑sections, delivering a remarkably transparent and pristine appearance.
Ultra Clear Flat Glass stands out for its exceptional light transmittance. Manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 12 mm, it allows approximately 90–91% of natural daylight to pass through, while maintaining a low outward reflectance of around 8%.
In terms of solar energy performance, values vary with glass thickness. Direct transmittance decreases from 89% to 86% at 12 mm thickness, while total transmittance ranges from 90% to 86%. These characteristics make Ultra Clear Flat Glass not only visually appealing but also highly transparent and energy-efficient.
