    \n During production, the glass batch is melted at approximately 1600\u00b0C and then poured onto a tin bath at around 1100\u00b0C. Here, both surfaces of the glass are perfectly smoothed and aligned in parallel, while its thickness and ribbon width are precisely defined. Following controlled cooling to eliminate internal stresses, the glass is cut to the required dimensions and prepared for delivery.\n <\/p>\n\n
